Impact of big five personality traits on the talent- project managements in the Jordanian Northern Private Universities

Purpose – In this paper aimed to figure out the impact of big five personality traits on talent management in Jordanian Private Universities northern region. The study used descriptive, analytical approach due its suitability current study. sampling unit consisted administrative staff these universities (n. 870) with a sample 265 members. To collect data, questionnaire was prepared based literature and previous studies examining variables, whose validity reliability were checked. concluded that represented in(extraversion, openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism) are high among employees private (talent acquisition, development, retention) also universities.
 results showed statistically significant at ( α≥ (0.05 for dimensions (extraversion, agreeableness, Northern region .The recommends need ascertain importance taking job into consideration their major role focus aspects universities.
